You’re invited to join us this Christmas Eve to tell the Nativity story through the streets of Caversham.
Gosbrook Road Methodist, St John’S C of E Church and Caversham Baptist Church join together for “Nativity Live” this Christmas Eve.
The walk starts, once again, at The Fox and Hounds Pub, Gosbrook Road, RG4 8BN, with Mary and Joseph seeing no room at the Inn. The Nativity story will then be told at various points along the Caversham streets and parks as the Nativity characters and animals are collected along the way. All led by Mary, Joseph, an angel and two donkeys!
We will then have a short time together in St. John’s C of E
Church including refreshments to warm us up!
All are welcome to join the walk and if you wish to, please do come dressed as a Shepherd, Sheep, Angels, camels or Wise Men.
The event is Christmas Eve, starting at 3.30pm from The Fox and Hounds Pub and ending by 6pm.
